£5 Trial Lesson = 30 minutes.

Cancellation Policy

Trial Lesson

We ask that you please reschedule or cancel 24 hours before your lesson.

Please email lukedydeguitar-cl@outlook.com to discuss options regarding swapping days and times/ cancellations.

Alternatively, you may rebook yourself through the booking link. In most cases, trial lessons can be rolled over in to another slot, (once per trial lesson) if you are unable to attend.

A refund option is also available with, strictly, up to 24 hours notice given. Please give notice for non-attendance as slots can be filled if you decide you did not want to continue with the service.

Invoiced Lessons - (After the Trial)

Refunds & lesson roll-overs are not available for non-attendance.

Notice of 24 hours needs to be given if you require a refund or a lesson to be rolled over.

Lesson roll-overs have an expiry. You may roll over a lesson once (per week, per client, per invoice, per lesson paid).

After this time, lessons are strictly non-refundable.
